ABOUT ROWELL PUGS






Rowell Pugs was formed in 1972 when we purchased our first pug. We started showing pugs in 1976 and finished our first Champion in 1978. We have bred and owned many Champions, Group, Specialty and Best In Show Winners including the #1 Pug for 1989, 1990, 1992 and 1999. We won the Toy Group at Westminster 1989 with our homebred, Ch Rowell's Solo Moon Rising, ROM, who held the record as Top-Winning Breeder-Owner-Handled Pug of ALL TIME and Top-Winning BEST IN SHOW Winning BITCH of ALL TIME for 15 years(1990-2005).
